The 1921 race was dominated by the Belgians. Henri Colle and Charles Parel (the riders in the print) had plenty of time to enjoy some liquid refreshment. At the end of the tour, Henri finished in 17th place 15 hours behind the winner and Charles finished in 29th place 34 hours behind.
