Here is an amazing example of an FJ40, we have went through this vehicle over the past 5 months. New Fiberglass top properly epoxied down and sealed. New replica wheels with 235/75/15 Hankook Dynapro MT2  tires with matching spare (not mounted yet). Tire carrier is at powder coat. We will mount at our expense if desired.
Brand new period correct seats completely torn down and powder coated grey with grey tweed and vinyl. Original air filter box, OEM heat shields under motor, including crank pulley shield and exhaust shield are properly intact. Drivelines were were gone through, new transfer case output shaft seals and bearings. Warn Model number 6000 period correct electric winch, interior tub was cleaned prepped and painted rough texture black then Dynomat with carpet to keep interior quiet. Running boards were lined and equipped with stainless fasteners. Heater works on both high and low. Brand new drum brakes and wheel cylinders all around. Period correct aftermarket rear fuel tank that is not hooked up, also CB antenna is mounted and ready to be hooked up. The molding is missing on the hard top between base and windshield, the driver side turn signal chrome bezel is missing.
We will continue to add small items to the car as we can find trim pieces, like the badge on passenger side fender missing, along with plastic knobs for seats to fold forward.
