1996 Janus vinyl hanging model kit - new bagged, no box. Condition is "Used".
NOTE: This is NOT a re-cast. I purchased this directly from a Janus rep at a Wonderfest Model kit show in Louisville in the late 90s. I am a model collector and builder and was an occasional dealer at shows. They were selling off inventory un-boxed to other dealers and some fans. Instructions included.
This is a beautifully sculpted (by Jeff Yagher) and now pretty rare large (15") kit that hangs on a wall, just as the Hunchback hangs from the gargoyle.
NOTE: This kit has a stain on the hanging backplate. It is from dye used in the molding process. This is why the kit was sold to me discounted and bagged, not boxed. It will make no difference if you paint or even just prime the kit. ALSO back plate has caved in slightly - this is common on large parts of vinyl kits. It will fill back out when it is filled with plaster, which is how the instructions have you build the kit. Sold "as is".
