Darrell Evans spent 21 seasons in MLB primarily as a first baseman, third baseman and designated hitter. He spend long periods playing the Atlanta Braves, San Francisco Giants and Detroit Tigers between 1969 and 1989. He was a 2-time All Star and led the A.L. in Home Runs in 1985. In 1984, Darrell won a World Series with the Detroit Tigers. Darrell was only the 2nd player in MLB history to hit more than 100 home runs for three different teams and Baseball Historian Bill James called him "the most underrated player in baseball history."
