    Description

    A Fabulous Antique Victorian 3D Bobbin Hand Embroidery Black Velvet Bolero Vest.
    We love the rise back collar when worn upside down as shown in pic 2, the butterfly design on the back, the three dimensional flowers, the excellent work. An antique garment usually needs work, this one here is flawless.
    Pics 2,5, and 6 show the vest worn upside down.

    11" length from center back
    9" for the arm hole opening
    33" bottom opening from end to the other
