This is a gently used set. There are three defects with the set. Due to the first noted (broken battery) the set is listed as "for parts or not working".
The battery no longer charges.It's likely the battery is damaged and needs to be replaced. When put into the charger, the charger light blinks rapidly. As noted on https://producthelp.kitchenaid.com/Countertop_Appliances/Other_Countertop_Appliances/Hand_Blender/Cordless/Operation/Cordless_Proline_Hand_Blender_Battery_FAQ's, "if the light continues to flash rapidly, the battery may be extremely hot, cold, wet, or damaged."
There are some minor stains on the main handheld component - one photo shows this.
The "Blending Pitcher" has many visible scratches / shows wear.
