This Listing is for Your Choice of a NEW Hand-Crafted LIGHTHOUSE Square Rag Quilt Candle Mat or Table Runner.  Both of these Mats are made of 3 layers: Cotton Top, Flannel Center and Cotton Back that are machine quilted together. The Square Mat has squares that are sewn together and the seams clipped to create the "ragged" look.  Mats are Proudly Hand-made in the USA. PLEASE NOTE - This Mat is a dark ROBIN EGG BLUE, in some lighting it has a greenish cast, in other lighting it looks more blue.
FABRICS:

Lighthouse Print, a Solid Color, a Stripe & a Plaid Fabric.

These Mats have been washed once to start the ragging process. The clipped edges will continue to get fluffier each time you wash it. Different types of Fabrics are used in making the Mats. These Fabrics have a different rate of shrinkage when washed which creates the wonderful puckers and crinkles, just like the vintage Quilts these are patterned after.

We have a non-smoking, Dog Friendly Home, but the Dogs don't help me sew very often!
