Mayer China United States Steamship Lines Oval Side Bowl. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  RARE VINTAGE STEAMSHIP COLLECTIBLE CHINA! The famous and very collectible "Grey Star" Pattern, was manufactured by Mayer China for the United States Lines. The bowl has a creamy white/ivory background, with two-tone grey, 5 point stars and a line along the edge.  It measures 5 7/8 x 4 9/16 x 1 1/8 inches.  Dish is in very good condition for its age with only very minor signs of use.  The bottom of the bowl is marked:  Mayer China BEAVER FALLS, PA U.S.A. MADE EXPRESSLY FOR UNITED STATES LINES U.S.A.
