POSTWAR LIONEL 2363 ILLINOIS CENTRAL F3 AB DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE SET
LOT DESCRIPTION:
As the title says this lot consists of a POSTWAR 2363 ILLINOIS CENTRAL  F3 DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE SET. Made in the 1955-1956 time period  this set comes with dual motors, magna-traction, interior lights, a diesel horn. It is all original Post War Lionel.
DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION:
This is a beautiful, collector quality set . The plastic shells are perfect, no cracks, breaks or chips. No rust or dents.   Side  stripes and the front decal are all bright and clear.  The battery compartment, the interior and the frame are fine , no battery damage there at all. Trucks and rollers in great shape.  Hardly a mark on the set,  A unit cab looks like new.    Again, this is a great   looking set that IMHO  I would rate as in C-7, excellent plus (almost like new) condition but take a good look at the pictures and you be the judge for the pictures are an important part of the description and say more than my words ever can..
WORKING CONDITION:
I have, cleaned, lubed and tested the set and it runs and reverses perfectly and the e-unit cycles just fine. I did not test the horn, they are much too finicky to know when they will or will not work
