This is a Vintage 1960's - 1970's Decal (Water Transfer) for the ABL of America.
**This was the Original "Governing Organization" for US Cycling in the 1960's through the 1980's.
**Great piece of Cycling History for any Collector.
**Decal measures 3" Tall x 3" Wide.
**Water transfer Decal can be applied to any solid surface. Glass, Metal, Wood, etc.
**NOS - NIP. In original wax paper bag.
